Access, electrics and condensate
Every install is shaped by the route for pipework, where the outdoor unit can sit, the electrical supply and how condensate will drain. We check permissions for flats, listed buildings and managing agents before work is booked.
- Pipe route and outdoor unit position
- Dedicated electrical supply
- Gravity drain or condensate pump
- Freeholder / managing-agent consent
Estimate first, survey when needed
Our online estimate is free and indicative. Where a design needs confirming on site, we offer a paid technical survey at £395, credited in full against your installation if you go ahead.
Guarantee
Every installation carries our 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranty depends on the equipment and its registration.
